Data health · MAP · mesh fleet · sovereignty is a core component of the P31 Labs sovereign cognitive infrastructure stack — built to run offline, deployed to the edge, and designed without dark patterns.

Verifier reads integration-handoff/CWP-30/mesh-bridge.ts and requires public/p31-super-centaur-pack.json meshFleet to match. Ring D deploy (phosphorus SUPER-CENTAUR) is out of scope for this static surface.
