What it is
WebAssembly PostgreSQL (PGlite) persists via IndexedDB — full SQL offline. Sovereign Command Center is a core component of the P31 Labs sovereign cognitive infrastructure stack — built to run offline, deployed to the edge, and designed without dark patterns.
PGlite runs PostgreSQL in a Web Worker via WASM. Service Worker caches the full asset bundle. The R3F tetrahedron reflects live mesh state from k4-cage via periodic fetch.

How to use
