What it is

Portal grid linking Phenix OS, Quantum Family, Vault, and Guardian in one view. Sovereign Stack Portal is a core component of the P31 Labs sovereign cognitive infrastructure stack — built to run offline, deployed to the edge, and designed without dark patterns.

Sovereignty score is a weighted composite computed locally from localStorage checkpoints across the four axes. Terminal manifest polls the /health endpoints every 60s.
