SIMPLEX (cloud worker) can run skills with an optional local Ollama fallback when Anthropic is unavailable — configured at deploy time on the worker, not in this static file.
Mail ingest uses an HMAC-signed path on the SIMPLEX worker; the Email Worker fans out when SIMPLEX_INGEST_URL is set. Treat keys like production secrets.
