- Youth. Public pages stay age-appropriate; household youth flows are documented in PLAN-KIDS-VIBE-CODING and should stay local-first where possible.
- Accessibility. We keep contrast and motion in line with the hub token set; if a lab needs animation, we prefer reduced-motion respect patterns used elsewhere on p31ca.
